2.8" TFT 480x640, TFT LCD 2.8 inch Description

This product is a high PPI resolution display screen with a diagonal size of 2.8 inches and a resolution of 480x640. The entire display screen is clearer and more refined. In addition, it adopts IPS full view display technology, making the product suitable for some high-end applications.

The TXW280061B0 TFT LCD module is a 2.8-inch diagonal portrait mode 480x640 high-resolution full-color display that supports MIPI interface. The interface is customizable. The module size of TXW280061B0 model is 55.81 (W) x83.31 (L) x 3.53 (T) mm, and the active area size is 43.20 x 57.60 mm. TXW280061B0 and ST7701 driver IC controller are integrated on the module, with a logic power supply voltage range of 2.8V to 3.3V. The typical value is 3.2V. The surface brightness is 300cd/m ² (Nits). The operating temperature of this model is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, and the storage temperature is -30 to 80 degrees Celsius.
